Sweatmood Kids 30 minute classes are packed with fun music and foundation fitness moves that teach endurance, strength, coordination, and agility. The instructor’s coach everyone in the class, adapting their approach to match mood and energy levels so everyone ends up feeling great.


This class helps develop a wide variety of motor skills. Your child will improve coordination, build endurance and strength, increase flexibility, relax and best of all have fun. It doesn't matter if they are involved in sport or not – the moves are easy to follow and will develop skills that set them up for a lifetime of physical activity.
