Our trainers are fitness professionals dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. While we use a group fitness model, our instructors are trained to help each member get the most out of their workout. They provide the motivation we all desire, the instruction necessary to ensure safety and any modification needed to allow everyone to benefit from their workout. These trainers hold you accountable on a whole new level.

Was looking for a new spin studio since the one in my area closed. Was not disappointed. Kari and the group were super welcoming to newcomers. Loved the screen ranking system, it was a great motivator. Will be returning again and excited for the studio to open in Rohnert Park!

I truly love Sweatmood! I love the intensity, the teamwork, the competitive nature, the self motivation, the high energy, the music, and the results. Couldn't ask for much more!

Today was a first for me!
Real talk: I was super nervous to take this class. Spin classes are super popular right now and I’ve been wanting to take one for awhile but I wasn’t sure that I could keep up with the class.
I took the leap and reached out to Sweatmood - and I’m so glad I did! The owner Kari graciously set me up with a class with Jill, a super enthusiastic and sweet instructor.
I got in and Jill helped set me up, and as regulars started filling in the ladies next to me were very welcoming and giving me tips for my first ride. Within a couple minutes, the class started and off we went!
More real talk: it’s hard. The first few minutes I was thinking to myself “Omg how am I going to keep up for 45 minutes?” But I kept going - adjusting my pace for my body - and with the upbeat music and Jill’s encouragement, I found my own rhythm and made it through. Afterwards, fellow spinners were so kind to tell me I did a great job for my first class!
I feel awesome, and I’m in a great mood (even though I got up at 7 am on a Saturday!). I will 100% be back to Sweatmood soon - the staff, atmosphere, and fellow spinners were all amazing and welcoming. I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to give spin or HIIT classes a try! ❤️
